Collection and use of your personal data
FitzGerald Lawyers collects personal data from you on our website only when voluntarily submitted by you. If you choose to contact us by email, we will use the personal data you submit to respond to your inquiry or consider your request.
Information we collect automatically
If you merely browse through our website or download information, our servers will automatically collect certain information from you. This information includes the name of the domain and host from which you access the internet, the browser you use and your operating system, the Internet Protocol address of the website from which you linked directly to this site and the pages you viewed. We will use information that we automatically collect to manage and improve our website to make it as useful as possible for visitors like you. None of the information we collect is tied to any personal data you may provide to us.
We would like to use your name and contact details to send you marketing materials about our legal services and/or related products but we must obtain the consent (or an indication of no objection) of persons who become our clients before we can do so. In accordance with the Ordinance we are entitled to charge a reasonable fee for processing any data access or correction requests.
